Sending an enquiry is not a booking. We confirm the date, price and terms for your event or plan in a written offer. A booking stands only once we confirm it. The website has no online payment and no availability calendar.
Prices
ZagrebSpace prices are stated in euros and marked + VAT, with the amount including VAT in brackets. VAT of 25% is added to every price. Coupons have separate terms, and we confirm price and eligibility in a written offer.
Content and photographs
Descriptions and photographs help you get to know the space. The layout and equipment for your event are confirmed in the offer. Archive posts describe past events, not the current offer. You may not copy our text or photographs for commercial use without our written permission.

Notice on how to submit a complaint
Under Article 10 of the Consumer Protection Act (čl. 10. Zakona o zaštiti potrošača) you can submit a written complaint in three ways:

We confirm receipt of your complaint in writing without delay. We reply in writing within 15 days of receiving it, and the reply says whether we accept the complaint.
