Conferences and presentations

Business meetings
For a shorter meeting you pay by the hour: €58 + VAT (72.50) per hour on weekdays, 7 am–5 pm.

You make the coffee yourself on the espresso machines, as much as you like. Lavazza coffee beans, milk, sugar, stir sticks, cups and cleanup are included. Charged per person. The promotional coffee price applies to enquiries sent by 27 October 2026; your event can be later. It applies to every booking, including with JESEN200 and JESEN40.
Weekdays, 7 am–5 pm. Use of the espresso machines is included; you make the coffee yourself and pay per person. Catering and public parking are not included. Hire discounts cannot be combined.
JESEN40 hourly terms
For new clients, on every hour of the first weekday booking, 7 am–5 pm, with at least 3 hours. Request by 27 October 2026 or the first 50 customers who book, whichever comes first. Your event can be later. Once per client or company. No combined discounts. Staff confirms eligibility, price and availability in a written offer.
JESEN200 terms
Until 27 October 2026 or the first 50 customers who book, whichever comes first. We count confirmed customer bookings, rather than enquiries or event attendees.
Request the coupon from 28 September to 27 October 2026. Your event can be later, subject to a free date and written confirmation. It covers a new hall client’s first full weekday (Mon–Fri, 7 am–5 pm), once per client or company. It cannot be added to the multi-date discount. We confirm eligibility in the offer.

Up to 70, depending on the layout. We suggest a layout for your kind of event and confirm it in the written offer. If you know the group size, put it in your enquiry.
What is included in the rental?
An LCD projector, Wi-Fi, flipcharts and markers, chairs and tables, espresso machines, the terrace and cleaning before and after your event. You make the coffee yourself and pay per person.
Can I book the hall in the evening or at the weekend?
The prices on this page apply on weekdays from 7 am to 5 pm. For an evening or a weekend, send the date and group size and we give you the price in our reply.
Is catering included?
No. Catering and public parking are not included. We arrange catering on request.
Does an enquiry reserve the date?
No. The date is yours once we confirm it in the written offer. Nothing is paid on this site, and you pay the invoice by bank transfer (IBAN) or with Revolut.

How much is hourly hire?
Standard weekday hire, 7 am–5 pm, is €58 + VAT (72.50) per hour.
With JESEN40 new clients pay €18 + VAT (22.50) for every hour of their first booking, at least 3 hours on weekdays 7 am–5 pm. Three hours total: €54 + VAT (67.50). Until 27 October 2026 or the first 50 customers who book, whichever comes first. Request by the deadline; the event can be later. No combined discounts. Staff confirms eligibility and availability.
How much is a full day?
The standard full weekday price (Mon–Fri, 7 am–5 pm) is €350 + VAT (437.50).
With JESEN200 new clients save €200 + VAT (250) on their first full weekday and pay €150 + VAT (187.50). Until 27 October 2026 or the first 50 customers who book, whichever comes first. We confirm eligibility in writing. Your event can be later.
Are VAT and catering included?
Prices exclude VAT. The amount in brackets includes 25% VAT.
Use of the espresso machines is included in the rental. You make the coffee yourself and pay per person according to the price list. Catering is arranged and charged separately. Evenings and weekends: contact us for current pricing.
5 or more dates: 10% off
10% off when you book 5 or more dates
Running a course or workshop that repeats? Book 5 or more dates and you pay 10% less on every one. Put the dates you know in the form, or tell us how often you meet, say every second Tuesday. We check each date and write the discount into your offer.
It cannot be added to JESEN200 or JESEN40. You get whichever saves you more.
