What a day in the hall looks like
A full day means a weekday from 7 am to 5 pm. We agree the layout with you to suit your programme and headcount, then confirm it in the written offer. At the break your group steps out onto the terrace. You make the coffee yourself, as much as you like, and pay per person according to the price list. Catering is on request.

Use of the espresso machines is included in the rental. Catering is arranged and charged separately. Public parking is not included.
You make the coffee yourself on the espresso machines, as much as you like. Lavazza coffee beans, milk, sugar, stir sticks, cups and cleanup are included. Charged per person.
Promotional coffee price: €3 + VAT (3.75) per person. The promotional coffee price applies to enquiries sent by 27 October 2026; your event can be later. It applies to every booking, including with JESEN200 and JESEN40.
Your first full day for €150 + VAT (187.50) instead of €350 + VAT (437.50)

Request the coupon from 28 September to 27 October 2026. Your event can be later, subject to a free date and written confirmation. It covers a new hall client’s first full weekday (Mon–Fri, 7 am–5 pm), once per client or company. It cannot be added to the multi-date discount. We confirm eligibility in the offer.
Standard weekday hourly hire, 7 am–5 pm: €58 + VAT (72.50) per hour.
With JESEN40: €18 + VAT (22.50) per hour, at least 3 hours

Running a course or workshop that repeats? Book 5 or more dates and you pay 10% less on every one. Put the dates you know in the form, or tell us how often you meet, say every second Tuesday. We check each date and write the discount into your offer.
